早排某日放工行過Penn Station,有人派freebie,Philadelphia Cooking Cream

於是整個簡單意粉…

材料:
意粉半盒

– 雞脾肉
– 洋蔥
– bacon
– 白草菇
所有材料切粒

做法: 
1. 雞脾肉,落油,鹽同basil 腌15分鐘。
2. 意粉按盒上指示整熟,隔水
2. 落extra virgin olive oil 起鑊,用洋蔥和bacon炒'林',再落雞脾肉和白草菇
3. 雞脾肉轉色後,落意粉…
4. 落鹽和Philadelphia Cooking Cream一盒 (10oz)
5. Mix 均勻,上碟~

呢隻cooking cream味道唔錯,唯一有個問題煮的時候,要落多少少水,同埋一煮好就要遠離爐火,快D 食,唔係好容易就乾到一pat pat ~~~
