3歲快樂!

我家小鬼3 歲啦!

每年Sam媽都會親手製作生日蛋糕，今年不例外~

今年個cake 用新recipe，自己改動左少少:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. (我用左375F)

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder (無落)
2/3 cup butter, softened (落左1/4 cup)
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil (落錯份量，多左)
1 jar of strained beef baby food (用左 Apple & Chicken 配方)
3 large eggs
1/2 cup bacon bits (屋企有turkey bacon，剩3 塊，求祈切碎粒，無按足份量)

Directions:

Stir flour and baking powder together in a mixing bowl.
Cream together the butter, oil, baby food and eggs.
Mix the dry ingredients with the wet mix, and then stir in the bacon bits.
Pour into a greased and floured 8" x 8" baking pan.
If desired, sprinkle a light layer of bacon bits on top as a frosting substitute.
Bake in a 350 degree F oven for approximately 35-40 minutes or
until the center of the cake springs back when lightly poked. Oven times
may vary. (我用左375F，40分鐘)

蛋糕面，我就之前一晚整好薯蓉放雪櫃，咁就唔會太熱放唔到。

但係因為薯蓉太稀，最後我加左少少cream cheese，容易D spread~

D 餅餅裝飾我就之前個weekend 整定，唔係就一定唔夠時間做好咁多野。

紅色字就買左人食0既cake decoration tube，不過驚狗狗唔食得，最後係挑走先俾samsam食~

經過第一年samsam 食太多嘔之後，我每年都只會俾少少佢就算，剩下的，會拎去park俾佢D 朋友仔分享。但因為唔知D 薯蓉可唔可以擺到weekend，pack起之前就全部整走晒~~~

聞到味道，俾人逼帶帽影相，一付不耐煩樣!

– 梳，$3.49，其實我地有好多隻梳，不過有把從samsam 回家到現在，終於要退役。samsam 又比較喜歡0個隻唔會扯得佢D 毛毛太利害，同款，買!
– Mushers Secret， $14.99，類似蠟的東東，據說呢隻野係阿拉斯加D 狗狗會搽呢D 响腳，可以保護腳掌唔俾雪同冰整到… 响雪地玩得耐，D 雪會痴住隻腳仔，samsam 會狂扯，成日都見佢扯埋D 毛，希望呢隻野可以幫到手
– 玩具2 隻，隻馬騮仔已經俾samsam 狂扯毛，就快無晒架啦，lolz
– 小食幾包~

今次D 相用手機拍，可以快D post，所以唔算很好。
用相機影0既0個D，過幾日我得閒D 會放FB~
